This cache was created for the 2015 Jackson County Fair Geocaching category by a 12-year-old girl. We couldn't think of a better place to host this special cache than the Jackson County Visitor Center. Thanks for their approval and support of geocaching.
To get to the cache, you'll have to visit during business hours (M-F 8 am - 4 pm, closed Sat. & Sun.). It's free to visit and you'll find a wealth of information about Jackson County and all it has to offer. Check out the website for more information on the Visitor Center - http://www.jacksoncountyin.com/. To locate the cache, explore the exhibits inside and the ammo box will be waiting for you at the posted coordinates. The staff will be glad to assist you if you can't spot it easily. Please log any travel bugs you retrieve and trade swag evenly. Congratulations to FarmerMoo for her FTF! Again, please note the hours of the Visitor Center listed above. The cache is only available during these times. Be sure to sign the log inside the building for the smiley.
