A small-size cache in a local park

Unlike a 1-day focused "CITO" event, my aim with placing this cache is the ongoing clean-up of a small local park that is often overlooked.

I am placing several kitchen-sized trash bags in the cache, please feel free to use these if you do not have your own on hand.
