[MEGA2015.lu] O Die weiße Katze bei Budersberg Mystery Cache

This series tells you a few stories about incredible or strange events in and around Dudelange. The sagas and legends are originally published in German. We try to show you the places where these stories could have taken place. The areas changed, but the stories are still remaining.

Due to some distance problems with other caches in the surroundings it wasn’t possible to place some caches at the place where the stories took place. So don’t be too disappointed.

You'll find the story in the listing, but to find the cache, you first have to solve the riddle and sometimes, you have to read the story to understand how to crack the riddle.

The checker tells you more about the Code for the Bonus-Caches. Solve the riddles from A to M for Bonus 1 and the riddles from N to Z for Bonus 2. Then do the nice Multi Cache GC5P7RM to find the formulas for both Bonus.

Die weiße Katze bei Budersberg.

In der unterhalb des Dorfes Budersberg gelegenen Wiesenflur spukt in gewissen Nächten eine schneeweiße Katze herum. Bald erscheint sie an der Stelle, wo die sogenannte »Gessel«, ein schmutziger Wasserabfluß der Wièt, in den »Brüllchen« einmündet; bald aber auch und zwar am öftesten mitten auf dem sogenannten Fäschtemsmoore.

Dans la vaste prairie, en-dessous du village de Budersberg, une chatte, blanche comme neige hante dans certaines nuits. Sous peu elle apparait à l’endroit précis où le dénommé « Gessel », un écoulement souillé de la Wièt, se jette dans le « Brüllchen ; pour soudainement apparaitre et ceci le plus souvent au plein milieu du soi-disant marais « Fäschtemmoore ».

Below the village of Budersberg, in a large meadow, a snow-white cat haunts during certain nights. At one moment it appears at the place called “Gessel” where the dirty water drain of the Wièt, discharges into the “Brüllchen”; in the next it appears, quite often even, in the middle of the morass called “Fäschtemmoore”.
