We have reserved the pavilion at PURTIS CREEK STATE PARK for Saturday July 11, 2015
starting at 10am & can use it up until 9pm so feel free to spend the day.
The swimming area is nearby as well as the bathrooms & playground.
Because it is a State Park there is an entrance fee (if you don't already have a State Park pass)
12 & under are free
13 & over pay $5.00

You may also want to bring along swim suits, bug spray, sunscreen, towels, chairs, blankets, water toys, volleyball or anything else you may need.

Log Book will be made available. Remember, you weren't there if you don't sign the log .
Upon signing in everyone will be given tickets to use for the raffle.

Pot-luck lunch. Brisket, hot dogs & hamburgers are being provided. Please bring a side or whatever your specialty is.
Contact us if you'd like to get an update on items that are still needed. (Some of the things that come to mind right now are: hamburger buns, hot dog buns, chips , bottled water, ice. Hmm... other suggestions?)
(Items that we know others are bringing are: beans, potato salad, taco pasta salad, cupcakes, napkins, salt/pepper, spoons, plates & condiments)

The cache exchange will also take place at this time. Bring a read-to-place cache in order to participate in the exchange (preferable NOT simple pill bottles or film containers)

We've been told by a few cachers who knew we were planning this that they're interested in camping. That's fine, just be sure to call the office & make your reservations for that early enough.
For the past 3 years they did end up running out of camping spaces closer to the event date so plan & call early if you're wanting to camp.
