Welcome to our "Tribute Trail". The caches placed along the Turkey and River Trails in Powhatan State Park are our tribute to some local cachers that helped us when we began geocaching. When searching for these caches, take a moment to remember all of the people that helped start you on your quest for fun! The park is open from dawn until dusk with a small admission fee for parking.
Sailor Rory and the Winch Winches - We met this trio at our first Richmond Rally where they were helping all attendees with loading caches on GPS's and answering all sorts of questions. They took over handling all of the caches being placed in our home park, Pocahontas. Thanks for being such great geocaching teachers.
