This is my first cache to be set in the Highlands, however it is at a location which is quite poignant. My dad had his first 15 years growing up in Lochview Cottage, which is in the grounds of Conaglen House. When my grandfather returned from active service in WWII he took up the job as groundsman / gardener at the estate, and my dad had this area as his playground.
My dad has told me of various stories, including the early morning rooster being silenced by a shotgun, and the transport links between Conaglen and Ardgour that usually involved half-inching the last bike in the village and returning it days later. Ahh, the country life.
Now for the cache. This will be one of the most brightly coloured caches you will see. It is a standard Tupperware box, and there is adequate parking within 50m or so. A decent cache and dash with a scenic view. Please tuck it back in as found.
Over to you, and happy hunting.
