Bihoro pass is on the route 243, and at 498 meter elevation. It is very splendid view of Lake Kussharo from Bihoro Observatory. Lake Kussharo is the biggest caldera lake in Japan. The cache is located in a quiet location, and there might be few muggles. Of course, please enjoy both viewing scenery and geocaching. Please bring your pen.
美幌峠は国道２４３号線上にありその標高は４９３メートルです。美幌峠展望台（標高５２５メートルから眼下に見下ろす屈斜路湖は日本国内最大のカルデラ湖（世界第２位ともいわれます）です。晴れた日には遠くに知床連峰や大雪の山々が連なる壮大なパノラマが広がります。キャッシュはあまり観光客マグルが行かないような場所に設置しました。キャッシュハンティングだけではなく見事な景観もお楽しみ下さい。
