I was idly browsing the map one day and was surprised to discover that there were no current geocaches in Colo Vale or Hill Top. I've been taking a break from hiding traditionals but it seemed a shame for these towns to not have anything to attract the eye of passing cachers, so I decided to head out this way and see what I could find.
At GZ you will find the restored Colo Vale train station. Sadly the line hasn't been in use since 1978, but the station itself was restored by the local community and reopened in 1997. There's not a lot going on here it seems but it's a nice enough place for a quick visit. There's a picnic table and small playground nearby.
