Geocache Description:

The Parish of Northill is made up of a number of small villages and hamlets and has three village greens at Northill, Upper Caldecote and Ickwell.

The green at Ickwell is famous for its annual May Day celebrations, dating back to 1565.

N.B. cache may be unavailable (about half a day a month in the summer) due to footpath closures when an air show is taking place at Old Warden Aerodrome - click here for details.

The Three Greens Walk is about 4 miles long and starts at Northill Parish Church (where there is also a pub and you can find Church Micro 1524...Northill). You can download a map here.

The complete list of caches you can do during the course of the walk is below. If you have been doing our "Parish Perimeter - Northill”series of caches, you might want to bring the clues for the bonus cache with you on the walk.

N.B. This cache used to be called "The Mysterious Dock" before being relocated on 31/01/16.
