bren1467: They recently raised the bridge due to State environmental concerns, and now they have nicely decorated it with Christmas lights. Between one thing and the other, the cache has gone missing.
I may replace it with another one in the spring.

Geocache Description:

Quick cache at the downtown end of this section of Valley Trail, just a short walk from parking. Please don’t park at the businesses near the cache; use the parking coords for the Public Free Parking Lot.

The Valley Trail connects the resort villages of Wilmington and Dover in southern Vermont. The southern end of the trail is located off Route 9 in Wilmington across from Reardon’s Crossing Bridge, while the northern end terminates at Mount Snow in Dover. Nine trailheads and parking areas along the way and several spurs off the main trail enable users to hike or bike all or part of the trail. http://wilmingtonvermont.us/about/trails-hiking/ PK in town N42 52.128 W072 52.406 Park at town lot and walk carefully W on Rt 9 to TH.
