This should be an easy find at the University of Mount Union's Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center, near the Visitor's Center, if you are using a GPS device. It's going to be more challenging using a smart phone app, which will probably send you in the vicinity of ground zero, but not right at it, so I've changed the difficulty rating to a "2."
You are looking for a "bison" tube. There's a log, but no room for a writing instrument, so please bring your own.
