What's the point of having a picnic at Picnic Point if you miss out on seeing all there is to see??

We're hoping that by completing this multi you'll enjoy all the sights and delights this park has to offer. So pack your picnic lunch and start exploring today!!!

Over the years the features at some of these waypoints have changed or simply been damaged by flood. But new lookouts, including the newly completed Tobruk Memorial Drive Lookout in 2021 have provided new waypoints and interesting features. The second half of this cache has been completely revamped in June 2022, so we hope it's an enjoyable amble around the entire park.

Listed Coords: We'll start at the start. At this location you'll see the sign to the entrance of the park.

A= How many "P's" are on the sign divided by 3?

WP1: This sunflower sculpture is symbolic of the strengths and heights that can be achieved. Certainly inspirational for any geocacher to visit!

B= The sculpture is dedicated to ___________ . How many letters in his name? the number of leaves on the sunflowers

WP2: Bill Goulds lookout offers spectacular views out along the Great Dividing Range.

C= What 4 numbers appear on this plaque? (remove date formatting for answer)

WP3: The waterfall is the background of many proclammations of love. Being the 15 year anniversary of geocaching this weekend we thought it fitting to add a little tribute for all those who love geocaching.

D= The number on the lock

WP4: The sculpture is of "Puppy", the mascot of the Toowoomba Thistlepipe Band.

E= For how many years was "Puppy" the mascot?

WP5: The Distance Dial is at a location which offers views far and wide out beyond the Great Dividing Range.

F= The distance to Mt. Walker + the distance to Mt. Edwards + the distance to Helidon

WP6: This post is a fun and quirky look at the world.

G= The height Toowoomba is above sea level (rounded to a whole number)

H= The number of km to Tokyo

WP7:The Rainforest Gully walk is an interesting tropical addition to an otherwise temperate environment up on the mountain

I=The number of rocky causeways that you cross in this walk +1

WP8:The Tobruk Memoral Drive Lookout provides panoramic views over Tabletop Mountain. The signs in this area inform you of the local Indigenous history of Multuggerah and the Battle of Meewah as well as the history of this lookout. It's also a fantastic place to stop and eat your lunch while you work out your final coords.

J= Meewah is also known as The Battle of 'what' Tree Hill? Multiply this number by 2

K= This lookout was originally built and dedicated to Bob Dodd who was a brigadier in which Brigade Army Reserve?

You will find the cache at: S27 34.XXX E151 59.YYY
