Conjunction Junction Traditional Cache

 

I would like to thank Judy, a lifelong friend, for allowing me to place this cache.

I place this one in memory of her dad,Mr James, who was an influence in my childhood. He was a great motivator and youth leader. Like all of us, he had his ups and downs in life, but his ups sure beat out the downs. I miss his leadership and determination.

 

 

 

In the mid seventies there was some catchy little tunes on kids tv. I could not help but hum along as my daughter seems to watch every episode.

 

Schoolhouse Rock! is an American interstitial programming series of animated musical educational short films (and later, videos) that aired during the Saturday morning children's programming on the U.S. television network ABC. The topics covered included grammar, science, economics, history, mathematics, and civics. The series' original run lasted from 1973 to 1985; it was later revived with both old and new episodes airing from 1993 to 1999. My favorite was Conjunction Junction. I can still recall every word. They need to replay them now. Education can be fun!!!!!!
