Snoopy is watching... Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

GeoCrater: I am regretfully archiving this cache since there's been no word from the owner in the month or more since the last reviewer note was posted. If you want to re-activate the cache during the next couple of months, please contact GeoCrater to see if that's possible. If the cache meets current guidelines, consideration will be given based on the circumstances surrounding the original archival.

NOTE: My preferred method of communication is through notes on the cache page in question. However, should you wish to use email - please do not select "reply". In general, a replay to the geocaching.com mail bot will not reach me. Instead, please go to your cache page and e-mail GeoCrater from the log there or email me directly at geocrater@gmail.com, referencing the cache URL, or waypoint number.

Geocache Description:

Snoopy is watching you! Do you see? Snoopy does! From afar he can watch as you hunt.

This is a regular size container so most trade items should fit without a struggle. The container is camoed to blend into its surroundings well.  Please orient the container with the camo facing the trail.  The people in the house are aware of the cache and may come out to say hi if we see you.

This area is very sketchy for gps reception so here is the best way to find ground zero:

1. Park at the designated area to avoid drawing unwanted attention- Got a geo-pooch or a mini-cacher? Bring them! You will blend in perfectly!

2. Walk down 5th st to the first house. On the left there is a trail! This is a very easy walk, maybe 200 feet or so.

3. From the edge of the roadway take 24 steps down the trail. Perhaps a couple less if you are very tall, more if you are shorter.

4. Look to the right side of the trail. You should be looking at a suspiciously perfect spot to find a cache. Ah how I pine for summer...

You will not need to bushwhack to get the cache. With a little reach you can easily retrieve your treasure!

This trail is hard packed ground but can get a bit muddy when it rains. Please trade fairly. There is lots of fun stuff in the cache to start it out.

Have fun and keep on caching!

Congrats to Rayvan43 for First to Find!
