The sun has risen, the smores are nothing but a memory, the campfire is just a whisper of smoke, and the tents are all packed away.
Now that the SCGA's 8th Annual Geo-versary Event is history and we’ve had two days of fun and caching, it’s time to give back to Wickham Park. That is what a C.I.T.O. event is all about.
Lets meet at the posted coords at 8am, where we'll collect our supplies and head out to clean up the crown jewel of caching here in Brevardia.
I have scouted out a couple of remote areas that have more than their fair share of trash and will need a couple of dedicated haulers to get out there and clean them up. Otherwise, lets spread out, the park is big, so there is plenty of room to roam around and get that pesky trash that others won't go for.
We'll supply bags, grabbers, buckets, gloves, and ice cold water. You supply the sturdy shoes, sunscreen, and the elbow grease.
Get your bags close to the nearest road and we will be swinging by to collect them back to GZ. Around 9:45, start making your way back to GZ so we can snap a few 'well done' photos and say our goodbye's till next year.
