Geocache Description:

Shoro station is a ghost staion of JR Hokkaido. The station was built in 1901, and became a ghost station in 1992. Please bring your pen.

庶路駅はJR北海道根室本線の無人駅です。無人化されたのは１９９２年で、プラットホームにも自由に入ることができます。開業は古く１９０１年とされています。駅名の由来は近くを流れる庶路川のアイヌ語「ショ・オロ（滝の所）」に由来されるそうで、庶路川の上流には滝が多いのだそうです。筆記具を持参ください。
