This cache is placed off a stretch of the MST around Falls Lake. It is best accessed from the traihead at Barton's Creek overflow parking lot. This section of the trail is a bit rocky, has several creek crossings and elevation changes.
I was hiking & caching this section of the trail when I saw this inTINsely curious tree. Upon further inspection, I saw no damage that would have caused the curious form. Could this be an Indian Trail tree? What do you think? Either way it is a great location for a cache. Enjoy the tree and the hunt!
