This is a "Flash Mob" Gathering of Geocachers.
Only 30 minutes long!
Join us in Dawlish for a fast, fun event,
featuring YOU as a group of carol singers dressed in suitably festive gear.
The Plan
The event will begin precisely at 5:00pm on Friday, June 19th.
Suitably festive music playing and an Ammo-Box placed at ground zero will signal the start of the event!!!
Prior to the start time, mosey and wander about non-challantly ... Then when the Ammo-Box is set down ... converge on the Ground Zero!
There will be an event "meal", group photo, and FTF prize drawn from the names in the Ammo-Can.
Itinerary
16:50 - Mosey and wander about non-challantly disguised as a muggle, preferably outside the flash mob area.
17:00 - Quickly make your way to Ground Zero and get your festive gear on.
17:00 - 17:25 - Enter the event FTF draw by placing a piece of paper with your caching name on it in the Ammo-Can.
17:10 - Christmas Crackers (do not pull yet) and Event "meal" distributed.
17:15 - Carol singing commences!!!
17:20 - Group photo and draw for FTF prize
17:25 - Pull your crackers and wish Dawlish a "Merry Christmas"
17:30 - The Ammo-Can will be closed and the event packed away. Event area will be vacated without a trace.
