A long time ago, in a cache far, far away....
It is a period of civil playing. Rebel
horses, striking from a hidden
base, have won their first victory
against the Suson Farm Empire.
During the game, the rebel livestock managed
to hide their secrets from the Empire
Farm's muggle inhabitants in a GEOCACHE, an
unarmored lock n lock container with enough
power to entertain an entire farm.
Now you must quickly locate the cache.
You must travel the park in secret
to sign the log, trade some swag, and restore
freedom to the farm.
May the HORSE be with you...
....UPDATED AUGUST 2019….
The original geocache has vanished.
Years ago with the support of each other,
The cache owners led a brave EXPERIMENT.
They placed a cache with musical abilities
to help in restoring peace and
justice to the park.
This was a most daring
endeavor, an ambitious mission
to overcome the elements.
However, time has taken its toll.
In its absence a new cache has risen
from the soaked ashes of the FIRST CACHE.
Do not rest until its replacement
has been enjoyed and logged.
The Horse will be with you…always.
The cache is located in Suson Park in St. Louis County and requires a stroll on a path and minor bushwhacking. This one is kid friendly. There is room for trading swag and placing trackables. Bring your own pen!
Please be respectful of the posted park hours. If you enter the park after hours you are trespassing. If you are stopped you can be ticketed or arrested and will put the future of geocaching in the parks in jeopardy. Special permission to hide caches in St. Louis County parks is NOT needed as long as the Groundspeak rules are followed. "Blanket Permission" has been worked out in advance with the park service. DO NOT CALL THE PARK as they cannot handle the calls. The Groundspeak cache reviewer does need to know exactly how and where the caches are hidden and what type of containers are used. The geocaching liaisons will notify the park service of new caches. Remember NO AMMO BOXES or PVC PIPE caches.
