Geocache Description:

A small cache placed amongst some riverside trees in the green belt that runs through the Paulshof suburb in the North of Johannesburg.

Paulshof is a quiet neighborhood in the North of Johannesburg. They refer to this neighborhood as the Garden Suburb of the north, and it has been voted the best neighborhood to walk your dog! There is a spruit that runs through the suburb, I believe it is called the Paulshof spruit. It is mostly quite dry and only has flowing water when it has been raining a lot. It joins the Braamfontein spruit which is a larger river with a more constant flow. Even though the spruit doesn't have a lot of water, it is flanked by a luscious green belt. A lot of cachers find themselves habitating in a concrete jungle, however if you spend some time searching, you will find some very nice outdoor areas which gets you closer to nature. This is one of them. A lot of people walk their dogs close by so use appropriate stealth. The cache is in an area with a lot of trees close to the spruit. It is a small container that only contains a log book, so bring your own pen.
