The Wolf Den Traditional Cache

This is our second cub scout related hide for Pack 24 of Stoughton, MA. The "Woodses'", and Woods Pond, is relatively hidden and unknown to most residents of the area, but it offers a few hiking trails, the aforementioned pond (which has a small island when full), and some great scenery. This area, however, is often left littered by kids, so we brought the Wolf Den out to do a clean-up of the grounds, and I hid this cannister for 'em. 

This is a pretty easy-enough geocache, close to one more-protected thicket/side of the pond (but without being deep in brambles of brush). There's a nice wide trail that will take you most of the way (formerly a dirt road cut through). If you look carefully deeper in the wood, you'll see some interesting things that were dumped long ago, from cars and parts, to old appliances. There's even the remnants of a few last boards from a tree house from long, long, ago.
