Geocache Description:


The cache is not at the posted coordinates, but it is nearby and can be reached by a person seated in a wheelchair. A captive portal network is a technology that many hotels and small businesses (ie: coffee shops) use to restrict access to their wi-fi internet connections by requiring a login/password which is frequently changed and provided to customers by the proprietor. For more details on Captive Portals I have provided a related link for you.

To find this geocache You will need to go to the posted coordinates and connect to an obviously named wi-fi network to access the captive portal. Please Note: Depending on your device's wi-fi reception strength you may need to move a little bit due WEST from the posted coordinates to see to the network. Connect to the portal through your favorite web browser. You will need to solve a simple puzzle in the field to get the final coordinates.
