I was inspired by a geocache that was recently placed in my area and wanted to place a cache to commemorate my upcoming birthday. My birthday is one of  my favorite days so with this cache I'll get to enjoy it year round each time someone claims this smiley.  Its nice and easy but BYOP. Some space for small items.
