Just a fun little cache just outside the entry house at the Russian River campground
Construction here is DONE ✔️ so this one back in play. We have spent over 30+ years down here in Cooper Landing. Playing all summer and fall. We have heard so many "tourist" questions and complaints. We have been asked. How do you rsvp here? Where do we plug our RV into power? Where is the Cable TV? Why is the WIFI not working? Can you swim here? The list goes on and on. So this Cache is just outside the entry to the campground. There is no fee in this area. If you pull in the russian just turn right before the shack/entry to the CG. There is a new large overflow parking on the right side. For our other caches further in, Parking for less than 30 minutes is ok there without paying if you tell the shack you’re caching-Except: WARNING. During the last two weeks of June, thru the end of July (early August?) it is CRAZY with Muggles and oh yeah, salmon! I know alot of people do park in overflow and fish or hang in this area waiting or hoping to get a campsite. So we thought we would add a cache down here for a little Geofun
