This cache is part of the 2015 Mount Vernon Parks Geocoin event.
North Lions Park is an extension of Lions Park. It is a natural habitat with easy walking trails, meadows and trails with river access. The river trails are a bit steep at times. This park connects trails with the Kulshan Trail, and the Riverwalk. There are two options to access this cache. The main trail head parking is the easiest terrain, but is a bit of a walk. The second option requires walking over the dike, but is shorter.
