Murder Creek 33 & Sniperly Traditional Cache

Plenty of parking at the Corfu Fire Hall. Please be careful when replacing the cache so it does not get lost in it’s hiding place. You are looking for a small plastic tube. The caches are located near road bridges that Murder Creek flows under. All caches are Park & Grabs.

Ever see a pretty spot on a river or creek and wonder where it starts and ends? What other spots on it are beautiful. Well, this series takes you along the Murder Creek. There are a number of other caches nearby to do as well as this Murder Creek  series.

The Murder Creek series follows a local creek from its unofficial beginning, to its end. Murder Creek starts east of Corfu NY and merges with Ledge Creek shortly before it flows into the Tonawanda Creek. There are a number of other caches located along the creek, mostly in Akron Falls Park and in the village of Akron NY.  Some links about the creek, its local legends, and it’s major waterfalls.
