Mitzpe Nevo is The religious neighborhood in Maale Adumim. For this reason, there is a sign at the entrance of the neighborhood requesting people to refrain from entering by car on Saturday.
The cache is at the very end of the neighborhood. Just keep going down until you cannot go down any more. Park the car and find the path between the houses. At this point, you will find a very quiet, and pleasant lookout with a nice view of Kfar Adumim, Nofey Prat and the Jordan Hills.
After taking in the view, you will no doubt want to find the cache. I highly recommend utilizing the hints otherwise you will waste lots of time. Be sure to cover the cache when done.
