This cache is part of 360 degrees of Maale Adumim tour. This series will lead you to some of the unique and beautiful sites in the city. If you want some more information about the city, you can find it on the internet. If you are in it for the rush of the cache then you are in the right place.
Mitzpe Nevo is The religious neighborhood in Maale Adumim. For this reason, there is a sign at the entrance of the neighborhood requesting people to refrain from entering by car on Saturday. The cache is at the beginning of neighborhood. Right across from the sign.
You will find a small playground but the cache is not there. You want to cross and climb down to the lookout and the small grass patch. The view is of the E1 area that is in the media every now and then as “the biggest obstacle to world peace”. From here all you can make out is another random hill with a police station stuck in the middle. Anyway, the cache site offers a nice view and a good place for a secluded picnic.
As usual, I recomend using the hints to zoom in on the cache.
Make sure you put the cache back where and how you found it including the cover.
BTW. We live very close so if you come this far, you are welcome to stop by and say hello. Drinks are on the house ;-)
Enjoy!
