A short stroll in the grassy area just behind the Park & Ride off I-26 at the Mars Hill exit (Exit 11). Please note the cache is NOT accessible from I-26. In warmer months, be on the lookout for poison ivy and briars.
You're looking for a large camo'd pill container. Room for small items. A drive through Madison County provides beautiful mountain views. While there's nothing particularly scenic about this location, there is gorgeous scenery on the way.
