W2H - Croak Traditional Cache

This is a series of caches along our Summer cycle route from Whittington to Hopwas, which always ends in a pint and a pub lunch at one of the many hostelries in the area, at least our cycling works off the calories we consume.
Please Note: Since the construction of the West Coast Mainline alongside this stretch of the canal there is some debate as to whether the road that runs adjacent to the canal here is public access. There are homes and properties along this road, so it is well maintained, but we have had an instance of a Network Rail parking warning notice (no fines applied) stuck on a car windscreen, not sure if this is official, or a local resident making his own warning notices to keep the road private. The caches have been placed as a canalside walk, so if you plan to do these as driveby's, you have been warned.
