You see them dotted around the place...areas that you can pull over to safely change drivers, read your phone messages, or check your map. They may not be great places to stretch your legs or give the dog/kids a quick run, but are handy anyway.
This pull over area was made when the desal pipes were being laid under the road and is now used by truckies, the police for RBT and sometimes muggles. You are on a highway, so expect quite a bit of traffic. It is also very close to a local caching identity's home...wonder if they will get the ftf?
