A quick walk in the park and a replacement of the cache that was near here before the flood. Small camo'd lock'n'lock with lots of cool stuff!
Best to park in the parking lot and go for a short walk than try to pull off on the road in the midst of a turn on a hill. This is the first "urban" cache the scouts have placed totally on their own, they scouted the area out and filled the cache and then hid it here! We like this area as it's not too far a hike from our meeting hall and have done some night orienteering with Fire Tacks amongst the big trees below that survived the flood. Take the time to go for a stroll through this wonderful little park on your way to 1st Oilfields Scouts cache #4!
