Able was I... Mystery Cache

This cache is a tribute to my favourite entertainer, whose name shall remain nameless. One may reflect that although usually "the number of the counting shall be three" there are numerical steps along that path. Please just note that "five is right out!" as per Armaments Chapter 2, Verses 9-21.

Perhaps we may see a domino effect (in suitable locations) elsewhere, given the innate penchant for adventure embodied by this lauded soul.

Madam et Monsieur, Although we do recognise a prime site is the basic tenet of caching, this one must needs be in a very civic environment. Importantly, is not far from the listed coordinates.

Keep radar tuned, don't make a peep or your stats may suffer. (so don't try at high noon or other such busy times)
