If you have cached in this area then you have come across some of Dr.Evil's caches. Some hard and most harder. Well the good Dr. Is leaving us for Arizona. He will be missed by most of the cachers in this area. So this is in memory of a most evil hider.
A lot of making a good cache has to do with being creative with the container and or the story and DrEvil usually does a good job with both. This cache has a little bit of everything.
