Eye of Sauron

I'm WATCHING you.
(Actually, I'm not, but I bet a LOT of muggles will be)

This cache falls in about the middle of Middle Earth (Kiwanis Park), so I thought it was the perfect spot fot this.

Originally I wanted to place this about 10 feet east of it's location, but felt that not everyone would be able to access it. Tell me in your log if you are thankful I did not place it where I originally had planned. :)
