Be Square #3 - 1st Street East Traditional Cache

A new short P&G series here in Ocala. Have you noticed how many numbered streets we have here in town? With so many, we're bound to have a few of them with the same number intersect with each other. You're looking at one of those intersections, NE 1st Street & NE 1st Avenue.

I had previously thought that the center of Ocala was at the intersection of Pine and Silver Springs Blvd, that they based the directional abbreviations for all of the streets on that intersection. Doing this series, I found that I was incorrect. But its funny that near the courthouse, you're on 1st Street & 1st Avenue, and go a few blocks east and you also get 1st Street & 1st Avenue. You're looking for a micro cap n cap nestled in a tree on the northwest corner. Park in the parking lot here, but be sure to park in the spaces marked green and not the red ones or you may get ticketed. (Hence the parking access fee attribute marked on this one.) Time it right, and you can get the green one placed right next to the hiding spot.
