MainePublisher: All geocache placements must have a responsive owner. The cache owner must be able to respond to issues that come up and to submit an "owner maintenance" log to remove the "needs maintenance" icon.

In this case, Groundspeak has sent an email to the cache owner with no response. The cache owner did not respond to any of the cachers hoping to find the cache and did not respond to the reviewer note so the cache is now archived.

The cache location is now open for any Geocacher to place a new cache, including the original cache owner.

Geocache Description:

Another park and grab from us to you. Noticed quite a stretch of Route 1 was in need of some new caches so we thought we would attend to that

This is a very high muggle location

Having been Geocaching for four years, but working at a restaurant nearby GZ for ten and a half, it should be reasonable for me to want to place a cache in this general area. The reason it took so long; what seemed like endless construction. But at last that seems to have come to a halt and the right time for placement (along with the right place of course) has finally presented itself. Happy Caching!!!
