Welcome to the Greenwood Union Cemetery! According to their webpage, "A cemetery is not a graveyard, a place just to bury the dead. It should be a sacred place for quiet reflection, peace, tranquility, honor, and remembrance. It is a history of people and a perpetual record of yesterday. It can provide a rich tradition of heritage where warm tributes to family members are carved in stone." I agree with that. I find a lot of peace and beauty in graveyards. Hopefully you can find some beauty here as well. While you do not have to enter the cemetery to access this cache, you may want to view some of the tranquil spots. Do not attempt this cache at night, only during daylight hours. Please respect the area and obey the posted hours.
