Geocache Description:

This cache is part of the Red Sox geoart and is NOT at its posted coordinates. Please do not go there but instead, solve for the coordinates below. There is plenty of room near the cache to pull your car off the road safely but beware that during wet times, some wading may be necessary.

In Game 6 of the 2004 American League Championship Series, Bellhorn hit a three-run homer to give the Red Sox a 4-2 victory over the Yankees in Game 6. He also homered in Game 7 of the ALCS, which the Red Sox went on to win, sending the ball high and clanging it off the right-field foul pole. Boston won Game 1 in the World Series, thanks to Bellhorn's eighth-inning two-run home run offJulián Tavárez (again, hitting a ball off the foul pole, this time Pesky's Pole at Fenway Park) to beat the St. Louis Cardinals 11-9. In doing so, Bellhorn became the first second baseman ever to homer in three consecutive postseason games.

The Red Sox went on to win their first World Series Championship in 86 years in what is now known as the Most Dramatic Comeback in Sport's History.
