I had been eyeing up this loacation for a bit harder of a cache. Finally got the right material to make one that should be a tad challenging. I picked the location so you would have lots of room to park and not be disturbed while searching for this cache. I wasn't exactly sure how hard to rate this one, but I will start off with a four rating. Ground zero should lead you to the communication tower on side with the hydro meter on it. No need to climb the fence or attempt to get inside the fence. The cache itself is of nano size and black. Make sure that you examine what's there very closely to find this one. Once you find the cache please replace it exactly as found. This one wasn't intended to be too easy, but then again a expierienced cacher might just find it right away. Good luck!
