You have gone up 1000+ steps to get here.  You have another 1000+ steps ahead of you to go down.  This is not a technical hike but physical fitness is essential.  Be prepared if you come in summer.  There is no replenishment point and sections of the trail is exposed.  There are no early exits in the middle of the 1000 steps.
