Geocache Description:

Betty Zane was Zane Grey's grandmother.  She and her parents and brothers were the early pioneers of Wheeling, West Virginia.  The book Zane Grey wrote about her is full of adventure, daring, frontier life, native americans, and the Ohio River.  A very good book to read.  It is part of a trilogy, there are two more after it that continues the story.

It is a pleasant country road you drive down to find this cache.  Bumpy, muddy on the sides, poison ivy, and thorns of all kinds.  Easy find, and you can park very close.
