Lion Fish: Checked on cache today, and it was indeed missing - perhaps during the recent very strong winds. Have decided to archive due to recurring issues with the cache going missing.

This precious saltmarsh needs protection from weeds, wild animals, drainage and polluted sediments. Tauranga City Council has developed two large stormwater treatment wetlands upstream. Not only will they help filter the run-off from urban developments the the area before it reaches the estuary, but they will supply additional habitat for estuarine species. Dogs are allowed, but they must be on a leash. Room for small trackables.
