A quick drive-by this one. Best place to park is at the parking area for the start of the walk up to Dunnydear hill fort. The cache can be found a very short walk away from the parking area on the other side of the road.
The cache was inspired by my children's fascination with spiders at the moment and they helped to construct the cache. Please be gentle... Inschy Winshy is quite a docile spider, but does not appreciate rough handling. She's unlikely to bite.
Inschy Winshy is of the Cache Spider species:
Scientific Name: Geocachus Plasticus
Size: 15-20cm.
Distribution: In hidden corners all around the globe.
Months seen: All year round.
Habitat: Often found at the base of trees.
Food: Enjoys travel bugs in particular.
It's also worth visiting the hill fort if you haven't already. And, of course, there's also another cache up there.
