There is nice easy path leading from the mountain pass Krstac to the cache location. That's about 500 m of pleasant hiking.
This is one of the most approachable places, and when you reach there you will be rewarded by really spectacular view of Kotor and it's hinterland.
Your hiking should start right across the tavern.
You have parking lot next to tavern "Krstac".
