This is the second of two traditional caches placed along the trail that leads to the now abandoned Dwyer Hill Pioneer Roman Catholic Burial Ground.
The burial ground was abandoned around 1867, is the only cemetery in the Ottawa area, and possibly all of Ontario of it's kind.
In 1998, the site was designated a Heritage Property by the former Rideau Township.
The cache is listed as a micro, but it's actually larger than a micro and smaller than a small.
When placed, the cache contained a combined log roll and stash sheet.
Bring your own pen or pencil just in case.
