A double cemetery on Highway 148 passing through Campbell's Bay, Québec bordered by mature cedar trees, and right now, flowering lilacs. It's a rare occasion that one sees two denominations sharing one plot of land. This one is shared by the St. Andrew's United on one side, and St. George's Anglican on the other. They doesn't appear to be any "line" drawn between them.
The names on the headstones reflect the fact that Campbell's Bay is mainly an anglo community with deep roots in the area. It appears to be a well maintained cemetery. It's still heartbreaking to some of the headstones with toys and such placed nearby. On the other hand, it's nice to see that many folk lived to a grand old age and probably have some descendants keeping them company here.
