Prvobitno se koristila kao žitnica, dok je nakon dogradnje prenamijenjena u stambeni objekt. Komunikacija između prizemlja i kata ostvarena je vanjskim drvenim stubištem, tzv. štengama ili stubama s linom – rukohvatom, koje je natkriveno dvostrešnim krovištem.
S obzirom da je glavni stambeni i životni prostor bio i ostao na katu, može se napomenuti da je sačuvana tradicijska organizacija prostora; troprostorna (soba- hiža, kuhinja i stražnja soba) u nizu. Na sredini stražnjeg dužnog pročelja dozidana je naknadno vertikala sa sanitarnim prostorijama prizemlja i kata, što nije bitno devastiralo izvorni arhitektonski oblik objekta, a ipak je poboljšalo uvjete života.
Stambeni objekt (trijem), sačuvan većim dijelom u svom izvornom arhitektonskom obliku i detaljima, svakako je značajan objekt ruralne tradicijske arhitekture Moslavine-Kutine.
U toj kući živio je dr. Arnošt Pazdera koji je 1921.-1958.g bio jedini, i to kotarski, liječnik u Kutini. Nekoć je u dvorštu kuće bila jedna staja (za dva konja i dvije krave), sjenik s krasnim drvenim vratima, šupe za drva i alat, ograda za pse, svinjac, kokošinjac. U to vrijeme doktorovi pacijenti bili su uglavnom seljaci koji su mu za njegove usluge plaćali „naturalijama“, a oni koji su imali novaca plaćali su , navodno, po 20 dinara. Oko same kuće bilo veliko imanje od 17 jutara zemlje ne računajući vinograd od 10 katastarskih jutara. Sve je to bilo na prostorima gdje se sada nalazi Općinski sud u Kutini, zgrada Fine, Tehnička škola Kutina, sve do tadašnjeg prirodnog toka Kutinice. Gospođa Vlasta Tovornik, kćeri liječnika Arnošta Pazdere i danas živi u toj prekrasnoj kući
Smještena u samom centru, uz potok Kutinicu, izvanredno obnovljen, predstavlja danas zajedno sa starim od cigle sagrađenim mostom ulazak u povijesnu jezgru grada Kutine.
