Unatoč tome što se na području novog trga nalazila tržnica, sada premještena na drugu lokaciju, ovaj prostor prije rekonstrukcije kao glavnu pješačku poveznicu sjevernog i južnog dijela grada su karakterizirali zapuštenost I nedostatak vizualnog identiteta.
Dio središnje plohe trga izveden je u obliku lista hrasta i lista vinove loze (realizirano umetanjem kružnih prefabrikata u pravokutne ploče), prirodnog bogatstva ovog kraja i segmenata s grba grada Kutine.
U istočnom dijelu plohe trga izvedena je fontana čije je korito u crnoj boji izravna referenca na naftna polja kada istraživanje i eksploatacija nafte daju prvi pečat industrijalizacije grada. Noću uz adekvatno osvjetljenje bazen postaje fokusom trga.
Uz obod centralne plohe trga formiran je drvored sadnjom autohtonog drveća (Aesculus x carnea ‘Briotii’), koje će s vremenom stvoriti višebojni okvir te zatvoriti trg u visini pogleda prema okolnoj izgradnji.
Trg je vrlo brzo prepoznat kao središnje mjesto okupljanja mladih.

Location of the new town square is the narrowest center of Kutina and one of the most urban areas. As part of the historic center, which is under protection of the Ministry of Culture, this area is recognized as a marketplace since the mid-19th century from the time when the city of Kutina became important trade-craft center.
Despite the fact that the new area of the square market is moved to another location, this space before reconstruction, as the main pedestrian link of northern and southern parts of the city, are characterized by neglect and the lack of visual identity.
Part of the base of the square is designed in the form of oak and vine leaf (realized by inserting circular prefabricated rectangular plate), the natural wealth of the region and the segments from the emblem of the town of Kutina.
In the eastern part of the surface of the square performed the fountain whose waterbed in black is direct reference to oil fields, where exploration and exploitation of oil provide the first seal of the industrialization of the city. At night, with appropriate lighting pool becomes the focus of the market.
Along the perimeter of the central surface of the square formed by the avenue by planting indigenous trees (Aesculus x carnea 'Briotii'), which will create a multi-colored frame and close the market at the level views to the surrounding buildings.
