This cache is located near Bloomer Park, and is on state land that's been around for many years, but the adjacent park and parking lot were recently "improved" by the township.
Even though it is small, my kids and I were excited to discover this small park with trails so close to our house. When we started geocaching, we knew the first cache we hid needed to be here. The cache is located off the horse trail. Please take the time to enjoy all the woodland flowers and plants that grow here. We've seen many mushrooms, wild flowers and even wild raspberries growing, as well as wild turkeys, numerous birds and deer. It is especially beautiful in the spring, with all the trillium, may apples and wild geranium. Cache is a large coconut oil jar which has been washed thoroughly, but if you have severe coconut allergies, you may want to avoid.
